| I've always liked Marvel more. In the 1970's when I started reading comics, I think they had more consistently good writing. At that time, some of the DC stuff just seemed a little lame. So I got stuck on Marvel books. Now, though, I certainly don't mind picking up a Batman or something from DC that looks interesting. |

| Captain Blaster, I do like both, but I voted Marvel.
Dark Ghost, Yes, I know DC has Batman, Green Hornet, and all the Watchmen.
But, I voted Marvel, because they have The Avengers, with awesome guys like... everyone on The Avengers. Marvel also has The Punisher, Daredevil, Elektra, Stick, Gambit.
Polarman, Actually it would be cool if they all did merge the two together. That way we can still have some superheroes team up with other superheroes and not have it be irrelevant because they're from two different universes.

| The weird thing about those universes, is that in those universes, they don't even have DC or Marvel comics. And if there are comic books of those superheroes, then they're not fictional they're based off real life people in them. | |

| Only way I can see one being any better than the other is to have a Mortal Kombat fighting style game Marvel Vs DC but then that would be about the same as having a Mortal Kombat vs Street Fighter game
How abpout Mortal Kombat versus Marvel and Street Fighter Vs DC
and Mortal Kombat/Strret fighter Vs Marvel/DC in one big game |

| The Avengers & Justice League each have characters who somewhat mirror each other.
Superman & Captain America are the blue and red wearing Leaders.
Batman & Iron Man are the billionaire playboys as Bruce Wayne and Tony Stark. Batman the Crimefighter has Commissioner Gordon as his police contact. Iron Man the Warfighter has Lt. Col. Rhodes (War Machine) as his military contact. Batman had Alfred, in the comic books Iron Man had Jarvis, but in the movies Jarvis was more robotic and Pepper Potts was kind of like that role. The guy in Batman Begins who "Didn't get the memo" and in the Iron Man movie, there was Iron Monger, who tried to take over the company he inherited. Both men were captured overseas. The eventual crimefighter by their police, the eventual warfighter by terrorists.
Flash reminds me more of Spider-Man. The sillier guys in red spandex.
Hulk & Martian Manhunter. Too obvious.
Wonder Woman and Black Widow aren't very similar, but each are seen as like the main females of their groups.

| Wonder Woman Vs Storm in a Zellers store arguing over who gets the best Bra
Wolverine VS Lobo sitting in a hospital waiting room arguing who is next to see the doctor they both make threats to each other saying things like "Youre dead!" however they are told by the doctor that they are both dead because they both failed to take the advice to quit smoking
Superman vs The Hulk Hulk gives Superman a pounding however Superman sees an opening when Hulk raises both hands together to smash Superman's head into the pavement Superman reaches up and tickles Hulk in the armpits and the ribcage until the Hulk starts laughing until he turns into Bruce Banner Then Superman Punches Banner out
Captain America Vs Batman over who gets the last hotdog at the burgerstand
Captain America raises his shield as Batman punches hard and hurts his hand then Cap turns to Batman and pours mustard and sourkrat over his head Pulls the hotdog off the bottom of his boots anmd shoves it into Batman's mouth
Disgusted Batman kicks Betty in the face punches Veronica in the stomache Gives Archie a Nipple pull Pulls Jugheats hat down around his neck then hangs him off a street lamp and kicks Moose in the balls so hard that he flies across the street and lands on the table where Reggie and Midge are eating at Pop Tates |

| Ironic as it would sound, a battle between Hulk and Superman wouldn't be so much a physical battle as much as a strategic/tactical one. They're both really strong in a nonhuman way. If Hulk were smart enough (alright, scratch that one) or lucky enough (that one is more believable) to have some kryptonite nearby, he would beat Superman. If Superman somehow got lucky enough to or figured out how he could get Hulk to turn back to Bruce Banner, then Superman would win.
Captain America is the more selfless of the two, he would give up his burger for Batman. Or share it by ripping it in half and giving the other half to him. Batman as Batman would sucker punch Captain America for it. But if they went out as Steve Rogers and Bruce Wayne, Bruce would just end up letting Steve have the hotdog while he buys the whole burgerstand.
Your story is funnier though. Squirting mustard on each other. LOL

| Ah. And yes it wouldn't seem like the kind of tv show you would like. Although there were a few episodes where they all became superheroes, which were really cool. | |

| DC Hands down. Marvel copies everything from DC in my opinion. DC came out with Earth 2 and marvel came out with their ultimate universe, DC relaunched with the new 52 and upgraded almost all of their superhero suits, And Marvel is soon to come out with Marvel Now, A year after the new 52 launched. | |

| To be fair, I think DC has been around longer.
Although, if someone wanted to get really deep about it, one could debate that DC did it, Marvel tried to perfect it.
In DC, they all seem morally superior. But also kind of strict.
In Marvel, they all seem messed up in some way. And more laid back.
There are exceptions to each, such as Watchmen which is I think like semi-affiliated with DC, and of course some exceptions to that with Marvel although I can't think of any examples at the moment. But, just the feel of things that I noticed.

| If I remember correctly, you gotta be referring to Deadpool. He's cool too and also very funny.
And DC does have Batman and the Watchmen, and even Batman has met up with Sherlock Holmes in some of the stories - so I get what you mean with the experience part when it comes to Batman and Sherlock Holmes - Watchmen is a bit newer, BUT was also very deep and philosophical as well. DC also has The Spirit.
I notice though that Marvel has more of my favorites that I feel I can connect with and relate to, like The Punisher, The Avengers & S.H.I.E.L.D. (especially Captain America), Daredevil, and with him also comes his love interest Elektra, and also the one who trained them who was Stick. I don't know too much about Gambit but I've always thought the Stickfighters were cool. And of course, Spider-Man is cool too.
