| Hello,I'm Captain Sentai. You may call me Solidi if you'd like. I'm a Real Life Super Sentai. You know, like a Power Ranger. I've yet to patrol because I feel I'm not trained enough. I have no Martial Arts or Fighting Techniques under my belt. But I am a runner. I can run fairly well for someone my age (17). I'm looking to create a Super Sentai team called, "The Super Six" It doesn't matter where you come from I just want to make a team of 6 newcomers who are like me, A Sentai Hero. Nothing special needed. Just some basic posing knowledge and you gotta yell, "GoGo Henshin!!" before a fight. Haha  That's about it. | Welcome, Captain!
Running is a useful skill, both for getting yourself away from trouble, as well as running down evidence and criminals.
As far as martial arts and other skill sets, it's never a bad idea to have more knowledge and training at your disposal. If interested, consider finding a martial art that suits your style. Personally, I am fond of Aikido, since it tends to be less confrontational (using the opponents' energy against themselves.) There are many, many arts to choose from, however.

I've found the true enemy not to be law breakers but evil doers. While often synonymous, not always.
As far as Aikido goes, that is a good style. | |
