I dont know if this is correct or the info was mixed up with another news story but I was told there was a boming some whare in Texas. I will try and see what I can find on the net in the mean time cosider this as missinfored information.

This was propably an accident. A fertilizer factory rarely explodes, but for example in my homeland, Finland that happened last time 50 years ago. It is not impossible.
