I wonder what it would be like if the government did try having a Manual for Superheroes.

It would have to vary. Because even in heroic jobs in the government, there's different specialties. Same way with the Military.

I wouldn't blame you if they tried to say "You gotta do it like this if you wanna be a superhero!"

The only thing that could be good to do is learn from it in ways that would actually help us at doing what we want to do.

hmm from what I have seen about this book it seems to be more of a joke.

I think you're right Dark Ghost. But even some books like the Batman Training Manual had some good advice in there while adding some of the comic book superhero flair to it also.

It's likely that this would be the same.
