PostSubject: I Am 204   I Am 204 I_icon_minitimeWed Sep 12, 2012 1:56 am

Hello.

My name is 204. I'm seventeen years old, but if we were to get real technical about it I'm six years old. But regardless my age; young or younger; I am exceptionally well trained in alternative areas and various skill sets. I have recently compiled a list of my abilities but before I was too afraid of putting it so blantly, but I'm just being myself here.

First, I'm primarily a sociological/psychological thinking person; I am hypersensitive to my surroundings and experience things on a deeper level than most. That I guess would be my source abbility, and the following are some of the things I can do with it.

1. Invisibility.

2. Seeing the Future.

3. Reading Minds.

4. Controling Minds.

5. Invincibility.

Recently, I have learned even more about them, and seeing the natural and scince behind what can be seen as supernatural. I understand it so much better now, that I would like to help teach others that as well. The first recomended step would be to sit outside a food cafe for a few hours just watching the world go by. Watch how people act with one another, try to pick apart the details of what your seeing, living completely in the here and now, also known as the Void; living in the Void. Analyzing, Deducting, Thinking, Observing, at a lightening quick pace, naturally building up your pattern recognition skills until the point you can See The Future ; making sure your "educated guesses" are never wrong.

But yeah, it's so much easier now that I understand what it is and how it works. I've been a lot more...understanding of things recently. Just a thing my brain does. But yeah, anyway....I may sound a little crazy sometimes, but I'm not technically speaking.

I currently patrol the South Cushman St area of Fairbanks, Alaska. Hoping to rendevous with a contact in Montana soon. January 19, most likely.

A lot of the issues are gang-related activity; the Folk. Others is extreme homelessness, drunks coming out of the bars at night when they close wanting to start shit, drug dealings to children, mafia activity. Basically due to it being Alaska, there's sadly a lot of crazy people around. Some who live out in the bush with no human contact have been known to go insane, kidnap children and other passerby and tie them up just because they wanted some company. Now that winters setting in....it gets even worse. I'm expecting some crazy shit to start hitting the fan with this cold coming in and darkness falls the land. People get real freaky up here when it's always cold and dark.

To gain access to the criminal underworld in my area, I pose as a punk kid/teenage wannabe gangster and I have "Friends In Low Places" aka "FILP Connections" as I call them. People who hear things that're going down but being able to Control Minds helps me get the information I need without them even knowing it. I then persue the matter as 204.

A few times I've tried to give up being a superhero, but I realized that I can't help it, it's just who I am.

I am 204.

Stay true. Stay free. Stay safe.

204,

Welcome to the Heroes Network!

Very interesting about the supernatural abilities. There has been ongoing talks for a while now about re-establishing a team that focuses on such a thing. I can understand that it could sound unusual to some, but hey, this forum is meant to be a friendly place, not a place to judge us as crazy, because that's already a given that the crazy label can apply to many of us here in one way or another; regardless, we all come here to be in a place where you can feel accepted for such a thing.

Anyway, sounds like you have a lot of stuff going on there that will keep you really busy for a while. I do hope you find the Heroes Network to be a fun, friendly, and useful place.

One of us!

Thanks for the warm welcomes. Smile

Yeah, with my abilities, a lot of them may sound supernatural but really it's more scientific than that. I'll make some posts here and hope that I can describe how to do them, and how to better oneself in general. I've had to overcome a lot, and thus I have a good amount of experience under my belt and would be glad to help and offer what I can.

Yep, aside from the people getting crazier soon, an issue I'm looking at right now is natural disasters. About a month ago maybe more I aided firemen in putting out a forest fire. My town is built right on a delta and when the wind picks up fires get spread all over the valley, and this time it was in my neighborhood but the firmen couldn't get their trucks down a trail that led back to where they could see how far it's spread, so I offered my assistance and asked him what he needed; they needed to see how far it had spread, so I Augmented, (Terminology for psyching yourself into a self induced, full on adrenaline rush) and ran down the trails at a steady thirty miles per hour until I was clear of the smoke, caught my breath, super sped back and told them, and they were able to call in a chopper to put it out before it reached my village. But yeah, I'd rather deal with mother nature than the spontaneity of crazy people in the dark. It's like a fucking horror film sometimes. Scares even me and I don't scare too easily, haha. Thanks again for the lovely welcome. Smile

Stay true. Stay free. Stay safe.

Many of such abilities that do exist do have some form of scientific explanation to them. Or, have to do with stuff like Chi, or Zen. Which has to do with the mind, body, and spirit.

And good work on helping them put out the forest fire before it got to your village. How far did you end up having to run? You did mention 30 miles an hour, but also then of course it would go without saying that you had to run back too, in order to let them know how far it was.

Not sure how far it was. I was running for probably three or four minutes in, on the way back I was still running but probably a little slower I can only maintain a high speed for a few minutes.

I'm headed to Fairbanks right now but I'll be back L8er tonight.

Thanks again for the warm welcomes.

I've been trying to post on how to develop those abilities but my internet keeps failing in the middleso I'll just try to put them in a nutshell here.

Invisibility: Not being seen. Using Camoflague, Concealment, and Deception to render yoursle virtually invisible and disappear within any environment. Other things can go into it deeper with Outdoors Survival skills, but especially attention to detail and knowledg in how the human mind and eye work together to form conclusions about their current reality. When certain techniques are eployed (which vary from scenario to scenario) you can do practically anything with others maintaining none the wiser.

Seeing the Future: Pattern Recognition pretty much. Being able to see eventsunfold and form the conclusion before it's happened. Quick thinking, Situational Awareness, Fast reflexes, and Attention to Detail all rolled into one harmonius, instinctual calobaration used for prognistication.

Reading Minds: Basically just a developed sociological understanding and heightened attention to details, good memory, oberving minute, often taken for granted signs and symbols which humans unconsciously produce 24/7.

Mind Control: Sociology. That's about it. Understanding what people desire, and subtley using those desires against them to achieve your own ends. Basically masterful manipulation and persuasion.

Invincibility: Simply having the wisdom to fight only those battles which can be won, and thinking of several contingency plans that achieve the same goal and using your powers of abstract thought and deductive reasoning and observing to avoid potential threats. Finding alternatives, an easier way to overcome a seemingly impossible obstacle.

Hope this helps a little at least.

Thanks again for the warm welcomes. Smile

That is very true. Many superpowers are just abilities that go above and beyond what is ordinary. Even super intelligence, super strength, super speed, etc.. Those things you mentioned are realistic scientific proof that such abilities can and do exist. You said it perfectly.

Also, on the other hand, assuming that abilities that existed in a more supernatural way, here are some disadvantages that some of them could have. This is an old thread about that:

Read it, very intriguing. I have found with my own abilities there's always a flip side to them. one of my less primary abilities is "Augmentation": The ability to psyche oneself into being stronger, faster, more enduring, etc, kinda like summoning superhuman prowess. Or psyching yourself into a full on adrenaline rush. I've been in a fight with four individuals while augmenting and the confrontation was over in like 10 seconds. BUT, the more I augment in my day to day life, or on patrol, the more my body gets ripped up. I come out of it with sore muscles, strains, joint pains, back pains, and a splitting headache. The worst was when I used it to jump nearly fifteen feet into the air to the side of a building and ran up the remaining four feet, lol, I literally leaped a tall building in a single bound, (sure may not of been a skyscraper but still, lol) That was the only time the cops had chased me so I had extra juice in me combined with the augmentation. Bet they were kinda freaked out when they say that. But then again a master Traceur could probably do that. (I think thats what the practitioners of Parkour are called). Another time I jumped off a three story building and used a car to cushipon my fall. Physics and Lightning quick abstract thought processes are also invaluable when using superhuman physical powers; If you don't have the reflexes, or the ability to think on your feet at the last second, then your going to get yourself severely hurt. The worst I've ever been hurt was when I twisted my ankle, I pushed the envelop a bit.

I have experienced flying before, but only in the astral realm. I've been trying to use it to spy on my enemies and foregn countries, maybe leak some info to the US about anything I find out about the North Koreans, Russians, Iranians, Iraqis, etc, just basically the majority of people who wanna kill us, haha.

With Empathy (Feeling others emotions as your own) I am able to communicate really well with people face to face on a reallyt deep and understanding scale, but if someone badly wounded, I feel their paib too, so to compensate I have to have an enhanced pain tolerance, as well as be able to use guided meditations in the midst of chaos and battle.

But yeah, all my abilities have a flip side of some kind. To overcome the major one of Augmentation, I now only augment when I'm working out. That way I just get a more intense workout and build my strength and muscles gradually so I'm in a natural state of superhuman physicality. I do need to stop smoking though, haha. Cigarettes primarily, haha.

Stay true. Stay free. Stay safe. Smile

Very cool. In the dream world I do the flying too, it always feels so real. I usually start from the ground though, it's like I gotta start running, then real quick I stop then take a huge leap into the air, flapping my arms like wings, and sorta able to jump higher from the air itself. It feels very awesome too.

I wouldn't ever want to jump from building to building. I even had a weird dream about that recently. The dream made it feel very awkward for me and even physically uncomfortable too for some reason. I wouldn't say I'm afraid of heights, but not entirely not afraid of it neither. I'd say just an average balance of fearlessness and fear, if that makes sense.

Coolness. Smile

Yeah, for flying in my dreams I use my feet and hands like the flaps on an airplane and I get liftoff best by jumping off a high place.

I actually love jumping from building to building (in real life, haha). Sure it's risky, you just have trust your body to know what to do. I'm insanely strong, agile, flexible and dextrous, but believe it or not none of those will help you when jumping from building to building/off of buildings. They key, is to relax. Go limp. Close your eyes if you feel like it, go with it, don't try to force anything or move anything; if your arms is fluttering a little more then your feet or you feel umbalanced, don't do a thing. Just relax all your muscles, and when you make contact, whatever you do, do not have any air in your lungs, and immediately go into a break fall/roll. So relaxation/meditation and reflexes go into it, that's it. The only time you'll need your strength is if it's a really high jump or long jump, and then be sure to immediately release the tension in them.

There's a story about a man who was knocked unconscious by a flower vase in a tornado. He was sucked into the storm, and thrown nearly three miles away, and he lived. Why? Because he was unconscious, no ridgity or tension at all, just loose, relaxed, and going with the flow.

If you aren't, then your probably going to die or get severely injured if you try jumping off a building, (Also, don't ever try jumping off a skyscraper, haha, the tallest building I've jumped off of was only three stories, I don't feel comfortable with any higher, but higher building are usually a part of lower buildings nearby or have awnings, or fire escapes, flag poles, and other obstacles you can use to your advantage. You just have to be good at relaxing and having quick burst muscle memory and being ale to alternate between the two extremely quickly, timing it just right at will. The body is a machine, and the brain is a computer, thinking about it like that makes it easier for me to control for some reason.

But yeah, I love heights, haha. I have a mild death wish, but not because I'm suicidal or anything (at least not enough to sincerely doing it) but because I almost died once from hyperthermia and it was awesome. For the first time in my life I felt, I knew, that it was going to be okay. Usually I get freaked out when good things happen to me because I have experienced more bad and chaotic situations than good ones, and so when good things happen, I get freaked out and put myself on high alert for whatever shit sotrm is about to happen, haha. But as I layed there on the asphalt, shuddering at my core, I felt amazing, I felt this warm light, and my vision got blurry and then all there was was white, and for asplit second I knew everything was going to be okay. So I can't wait to die, haha, it'll just be another big adventure. Cool

Stay true. Stay free. Stay safe.

204,

This is where I can number things, it'll make it easier to reply.

1- How much distance is in between the buildings?

2- I sent you a Private Message on the forum, and was telling you about the instant messenger we have here.

3- I've heard of situations where someone was drunk and fell from 3 stories and lived, but someone else that they knew fell 15 ft and died, but they were in like a panic mode at the time. So, what you say actually does make sense.

4- Did you have an out of body experience?
