Gaining muscle helps fortify your will to deflect them as well. And may even make you immaculate. Indomitable is the first step.

Swordsmanship is the beginning to mastering one's self. You don't need multiple swords (unless you're that good) but even it not being a sword, such as it was with barbarians, is simple enough to hone your foundation. {Some barbarians even mastered the sword.}

Tai-chi- or in other words relaxing meditational stretches because you intend to limber up your muscles to collectively gain impressive muscles instead of the power training (in gyms and getting muscled up within a year or less[But that's still impressive muscle]) or martial arts where they teach you self defense that you neglect to teach yourself while tuning yourself to calisthenics [Gaining muscle at your pace- through stretches].
What people misunderstand is that we're on a planet by God. It's perfectly acceptable to train anywhere in anyhow. You want to become faster to learn how to jump higher and stand in place precedentally to teach yourself real indomitability? Put weights on your back and jog for a month. Taking them off before or after works, too.

Push ups are off the ground with your own weight as a fundamental. Nice toning of the pecs.
Abdominal work outs are great to teach yourself want of a more secure lifestyle; Abs.

Under water stretches are there if you don't want to jog first but want to enthusiastically achieve it all in one good motion of soul.

AND SO FORTH.

Eating healthier, conversing with socialists, as well as just being outdoors and making a family are all conclusions.

Being said; that means should you decide to have a role-playing character created by the Dungeons & Dragons Adventurer's League (which is the smart choice, but there're role-playing sites that try and teach you anyhow) you should know that the characters given out aren't you, but you training your mind to come to terms to create a character of you.

I went and created a character first, and watched how the Adventurer's League tried to brainwash me that it couldn't be possible unless it was a breed used for the game specifically. So I had a notation packet from dandwiki.com of my chosen class, subclass, and background to tell those role-players what I aspire to be. And they allowed me in, although I was made a human Yuan-ti pureblood so I showed them all my characters picture I had drawn weeks before to convince them of who I was.

You should only need to create your role-playing character only once. You already inside your heart and mind know what you'd like to challenge yourself as. {There are solo adventures already created by Role-Playing Publishers, you can take your character through a commando life until you find your knightly virtues, or chieftain guidelines. You can even be a negotiator of some sort, ambassador, delegate, secretary- whatever it is that paragons you.}

Just don't forget to try and gain muscular pecs, arms, legs and abs. Otherwise you may fall in reverse in your mind (if you chose to role-play as several sorts of characters thinking you'll find your dream role-playing character justifiably) and neglect life all but for the money... And become a dwarf, or elf just to save the means of who you ended up role-playing with.
