so in Sacramento,CA we have this event every month called the 2nd saturday ( 2nd saturday of the month) art walk it is in the downtown/midtown area 
it has gotten pretty bad
muggings
gay bashing
cars being broke into
even a drive by once
so if anyone in the greater north CA
area would like to come and help keep things under control message me

please
